The Hen House Hotel - Cannock

Appreciated our 2 nights here. The location was nice, just a short stroll away from Planet Hollywood Resort & Casino. The area was pretty quiet adjacent to a nice restaurant serving fusion Indian dishes and Birmingham. The room there was large and practical and the bed was comfortable. The extremely helpful staff provided all the necessary info.

Nice, pleasant staff towards all guests. Great location, easy walk to everywhere. For shots visit Heddin's Ford, nestled within 5 minutes' walk of the hotel...

Quiet and cozy stay

We stayed for a night in a king room and loved how spacious it was! The soundproofing was excellent. We hardly noticed the bar below us. The vibe was chill, perfect for a Saturday. The food at the bar/lounge area was delish! Only thing was, the bed wasn't super comfy for me.

The lively pub downstairs creates a vibrant atmosphere.

The shared bathroom could use better upkeep and cleanliness.

The staff are super friendly n really cute. Our room was super clean and practical which was nice. The pub area has a great vibe n the food was fab, we enjoyed everything we tried. Really comfy stay overall, we might come back!

I stayed in a Standard Twin Room for 2 nights and it was super clean and comfy. The tea and coffee making stuff was a nice touch. Shared bathroom was alright, but could use more attention at times.

The super nice team and friendly. Enjoyed grabbing a nice pint in the lively pub after the gig. Loved that the car park had lots of cctv, so our bikes were safe overnight. It's only 4 miles from forest live and close to everything in the chase.

The check-in was smooth and staff were friendly. My room was clean and had all the essentials. The bar below was lively yet the sound was muffled, awesome for a peaceful evening. A good experience overall 🍻

This place was just an excellent fit for a short stint in Cannock with fantastic value. Had a nice experience with the friendly staff who helped me with my late check-in. If you want a quiet stay, check if events are happening on your dates.

Our night in the Standard King Room felt spacious, although the internal windows to the stairwell disrupted our rest. The evening's quiet ambiance was occasionally broken by fellow guests. Enjoyed a good dinner at the onsite restaurant-recommend trying their signature dishes. Consider requesting a quieter room.

Check-in was a breeze, and I appreciated the coffee and hairdryer in my room for my work trip. I had fun relaxing with some light reading in the comfy lounge area and enjoyed the shared kitchen for late-night snacks. The room had two large windows facing the stairwell, which made it a bit bright at times, but it didn't ruin my stay. 😊
